Haselnuss Schokoladen-Trüffel aus Italien

Die  weißen Haselnuss Trüffel werden aus den besten Haselnüssen der Welt hergestellt: den IGP Haselnüssen aus dem Piemont. Die Haselnüsse werden dafür zum Großteil fein vermahlen und ein Teil nur gehackt. Alles wird mit Zucker, Vollmilchpulver und Kakaobutter gemischt und in eine lange Schlange geformt und dann ich mundgerechte Stückchen geschnitten und verpackt. Bei der Variante Caramello e nocciole salate werden die Haselnüsse erst geröstet und gesalzen. Danach werden die Haselnüsse mit Karamell und Schokolade überzogen.

Der Hersteller der süßen Köstlichkeit ist die Antica Torroneria Piemontese, die schon in der 4. Generation von der Familie geführt wird. Gegründet wurde sie im Jahre 1885 von Giuseppe Sebaste.

Die Tartufi sind einzeln in blaues Einwickelpapier verpackt. Im Beutel sind ca. 14 Stück.

Das Piemont ist berühmt für seine Haselnüsse und seinen Wein, sowie sein Lebensgefühl. Unsere Tartufo Caramello e nocciole salate sind ideale Begleiter zum Kaffee.
