A Cuneese is a praline that is refined with a flavored cream filling and then coated in chocolate. This specialty was invented in the town of Cuneo, which also gave it its name.
Delizia Nonna Rita are specialties that go back to the recipes of the founding siblings' grandmother. The artisan chocolate factory was founded in 2018 in the small town of Trinità in the province of Cuneo.
