Cuneesi con meringa al torroncino - der Boden ist aus Biskuitteig, darauf kommt eine dicke Schicht Schokoladenmasse mit Haselnuss - und Torrone-Stückchen. Umhüllt wird das Ganze von dunkler Schokolade. 
Im Flowpack und dann als Bonbon verpackt.

Die Geschwister Melis sind die Betreiber der kleinen Schokoladen Manufaktur Tutto Cioccolato in Trinità in der Nähe von Cuneo. Sie sind Verfechter traditioneller Spezialitäten wie Cuneesi und Cremini.
