Cuneesi con meringa al torroncino - the base is made of sponge cake, topped with a thick layer of chocolate mixture with hazelnut and torrone pieces. The whole thing is covered in dark Chocolate.
In a flowpack and then packaged as a sweet.

The Melis siblings run the small chocolate factory Tutto Cioccolato in Trinità near Cuneo. They are advocates of traditional specialties such as cuneesi and cremini.
