Grand Crus Chocolate Valrhona with 72% cocoa and a complex aromatic professional with tart, warm notes of raisins, chestnuts and liquorice. It has a long, chocolatey finish

The chocolate is a mixture of Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans. The Grand Cru Fine cocoa comes from two different regions of Venezuela. It combines the contrast of the soils and plantations of the Andes and those on the Caribbean coast and reflects the typical terroir between land and sea.
