This slightly flowery cocoa from Rio Maranon in Peru dances in perfect harmony with the delicate orange. All the sweetness comes naturally from the almonds - just great. - this is how Willie Hartcourt-Cooze describes his 100% Orange & Almond chocolate - with orange & almonds.

He makes all his chocolates himself, from beans to bars. The bean-to-bar chocolate comes out of the Region around the Maranon River in Peru, home to one of the best cocoa varieties in the world. The river is one of the two headwaters of the Amazon in South America and is 1,905 km long.

In order to preserve the precious aromas of the rare cocoa variety, he conches the cocoa mass for a full 21 days!

The 100% Chocolate Orange & Almond with no added sugar is a new idea for lovers of (almost) sugar-free chocolate.
