Der Edelkakao ist ein Trinitario, ein Spitzenkakao, der aus Amelonado- und Criollo-Kakao entstanden ist und ein sehr fruchtiges Aroma besitzt. Ein Aromencocktail aus roten Früchten, Beeren, Äpfeln, Pflaumen und tropischen Früchten, von den Kleinbauern der Kooperaive Kokoa Kamili in der Nähe des Nationalparks anbauen. .

Er hat Duftnoten von würzigem Lebkuchen, nussige und rahmige Noten, prägnante Fruchtnoten (Zitrusfrüchte, Kirschen)
