This gently floral Rio Maranon cocoa is decorated with raisins and hazelnuts and comes without added sugar. All the sweetness comes naturally from the fruit and cocoa.
This artisan chocolate is made from the bean to the bar from one of the best single origin cocoas in the world.
To preserve and bring out the precious flavors of this rare bean from the remote Maranon Valley in Peru, the cacao was conched for a full 21 days.
