The Hot Chocolate is made exclusively from Organic cocoa beans from Vietnam. A very special variety from the small cultivation area in the Mekong Delta, which is one of the best cocoa qualities that are in the Asia-Pacific region: fruity, finely acidic and with a slightly tart flavor. The cocoa is grown sustainably, but without being certified explitzit. The Hot Chocolate has 75% cocoa content, you do not need to add more sugar.

Add 2 teaspoons of the powder to a quarter liter of hot, frothed milk (max 78%), stir, done. If you like, add another spoonful of the milk foam on top.

Do not mix with water. The Hot Chocolate is:
