Die Trinkschokolade wird ausschließlich aus Kakaobohnen aus Vietnam hergestellt. Eine ganz besondere Sorte aus dem kleinen Anbaugebiet im Mekong Delta, die zu den besten Kakaoqualitäten, die im asiatisch-pazifischen Raum zählt: fruchtig, fein säuerlich und mit einer leicht herben Geschmacksnote. Der Kakao wird nachhaltig angebaut, allerdings ohne sich explitzit zertifizieren zu lassen. Die Trinkschokolade hat 75% Kakaoanteil, Sie müssen keinen Zucker mehr dazugeben.

Geben Sie 2 Teelöffel des Pulvers in einen viertel Liter heiße, aufgeschäumte Milch (max. 78%), umrühren, fertig. Wenn Sie mögen, geben Sie noch einen Löffel des Milchschaums oben drauf.
