With Dschanduia (derived from the Italian Gianduia nougat) Michael Beck, the owner of Becks Cocoa has created a really chocolaty hazelnut spread that can play in the top league with 50% organic hazelnut content. The creamy hazelnut paste made from only 4 ingredients: BecksCocoa Organic-cocoa powder, Organic-cane sugar and Organic-cocoa butter also contains small crunchy hazelnut pieces. Organic Sunflower lecithin stabilizes the consistency of the cream.
