Bean-To-Bar Chocolate

This is a dextradunkle Chocolate from pure Cocoa mass with 100% cocoa content. The cacao variety is the Chuncho cacao, which has been growing in the Quillabamba Valley below Machu Picchu in the Cusco region for centuries. Some of the cacao trees are up to 200 years old. The cacao is considered one of the best in the world because of its many flavors. The naturally high percentage of cocoa butter in the bean makes it a creamy, dark, delicious Chocolate, with just the one ingredient: 100% Cocoa mass.

Cacaosuyo has set out to make the best Chocolate in the world. They have won many gold awards for their chocolates at the International Chocolate Awards.
