100% Cocoa Powder Organic Bio Kakaopulver

Der BIO Kakao kommt aus dem natürlichen Sambirano Regenwald im Nordwesten von Madagaskar. Die Bohnen sind ein Mischung aus Criollo, Trinitario und Forastero Kakaobohnen, die auf Madagascar bei Chocolaterie Robert zu Kakaopulver verarbeitet werden. Es zeichnet sich durch einen intensiv fruchtigen und weichen Kakaogeschmack aus und eignet sich hervorragend zum Backen, Bestäuben von Trüffeln oder für Trinkschokolade.

Das Kakaopulver ist natürlich und hat einen Kakaobutteranteil von 18%-20% (schwach entölt). Das Kakaopulver wird nicht weiter behandelt, das bedeutet: dieses Kakaopulver wird nicht in einer alkalischen Lösung behandelt. Hersteller ist der Familienbetrieb von Chocolaterie Robert die die Bohnen von der eigenen Plantage bis zum fertigen Produkt in Madagaskar herstellt. Dadurch bleibt die gesamte Wertschöpfung in Madagaskar.

Das Kakaopulver ist vegan und vegetarisch.
