Cubotto Chocaviar Crème Pistacchio Pieces in milk chocolate

Chocaviar Crème Pistacchio pralines are made from the finest pistachio gianduja with salted hazelnuts, pistachios and almonds. The Gianduja is encased in delicate milk chocolate, sprinkled with lightly salted caramel and pieces of hazelnut.

A unique composition of chocolate and pistachios. This praline is something for lovers of salted nuts as well as for those who love delicate fillings.

Gianduja is made from a mixture of hazelnuts, sugar and cocoa butter. The nuts are roasted and then chopped up and grated until they are oily. The resulting nut paste is kneaded with sugar and cocoa butter until a pulpy mass, the light Gianjuda base mass, is created. To get a darker gianduja, brittle is optionally added to the nut paste.

The Gianduja this Chocolate candy is made today after this traditional recipe of the founder Silvano Venchi manufactured. Venchi opened a pastry shop in Turin in 1878 and thus laid the foundation for the 140-year-old company. For the Gianduja, the world-famous ones Hazelnuts from Piedmont used, a region in north-west Italy. Hazelnuts from Piedmont are characterized by their excellent smell and taste as well as their easy peelability and long shelf life. They grow in the Piedmontese hills under ideal conditions - mild winters, moist and warm soils.

The pralines are individually wrapped in glossy green paper and are gluten-free .
