Almonds with summer truffle coated in milk chocolate

An extraordinary creation: Spanish Valencia almonds are dusted with Aestivum summer truffle pieces, then chocolate-coated in Hukambi 53% milk chocolate from Valrhona and then rolled in cocoa powder.

The Aestivum summer truffle is a real truffle. It is related to the classic Burgundy truffle and grows a little earlier than the latter so that it can be harvested in summer until September. It is very firm and hard, comparable to kohlrabi. It can therefore be ground or grated. The original Spanish shelled almond comes from the Valencia region. It is roasted by hand and flavored with the summer truffle. The milk chocolate called Hukambi comes from the French manufacturer Valrhona, which produces it from cocoa beans from the Mata Atlantica in the Bahia region of Brazil. The creation "Hukambi" is a combination of the word "Hu" (black) and "Kambi" for milk, borrowed from the language of the indigenous people there.
