Plantation El Jardin Colombie 75% Dunkle Schokolade

Herkunftsschokolade aus Kolumbien von der Plantage El Jardin Grand Cru Fuente de Oro. El Jardin bedeutet der Garten. Cluizel legt höchsten Wert auf die Zutaten der Tafelschokoladen. Es wird nur reine Kakaobutter, keine Fremdfette und keine künstlichen Aromen verwendet.

Die nur 20 Hektar große Plantage El Jardin befindet sich im Flachland es Ariani Flusses. Die herrlichen Aromen der Schokolade nach Honig, Beerenfrüchten und Pfeffer, im Abgang außerdem nach Minze und Lakritze, spricht für die Kakaobauern und das traditionelle Wissen der Schokoladenherstellung. Beides ist hier exzellent gelungen.
