Die Trüffel werden aus Ganache mit Sahne und dunkler Schokolade aus Madagascar von der Plantage Mangaro hergestellt und mit Kakaopulver bestäubt. Sie werden nach altem Familienrezept in der Manufaktur Cluizel in Damville westlich von Paris produziert.

Cluizel ist ein traditionell französisches Unternehmen, das in 3. Generation von den Enkeln des Gründers geleitet wird.

Die hochwertige Schachtel lässt sich aufgrund ihrer Stabiliät zur Aufbewahrung von Kleinigkeiten weiterverwenden. Ihr dunkelblaues Motiv mit einer Kuppel über den Dächern von Paris, ist natürlich auch ein wunderschönes Geschenk zur Winterzeit.
