Willdkakao from Bolivia with Swiss mountain milk from the Unesco Biosphere Entlebuch. The cocoa is very rare and comes from the Beni area on the border with Bolivia. The milk powder from the Entlebuch biosphere area (Canton Lucerne, Switzerland) is conched with the cocoa for 60 hours in Felchlin's old longitudinal driver conches.
