Fine couverture made from Grand Cru fine cocoa Nacional from the province of Esmeraldas on the Huimbi River in Ecuador.
The rondos melt easily and can be used to make Pralines, hollow bodies or ganches and creams.

The manufacturer is Felchlin in Switzerland. The company does not produce Chocolate for end users, but only for processors.
