Alpenkaramell Creme

Eine edle Milchkonfiture, süß-herb und cremig, aus karamellisiertem Zucker und heißer Frischmilch von der Tiroler Grauvieh, etwas Gebirgshonig vom Nationalpark Kaunergrat und heimischer Butter, natürlicher Vanille sowie einer kleinen Prise Salz zur Abrundung des Geschmacks.
Die cremige Milchkonfitüre schmeckt zu saisonalen Früchten genauso wie auf Eis oder Joghurt. Aufgrund seiner Konsistenz lässt sie sich gleichermaßen auf Brot und Gebäck, Waffeln wie auch Palatschinken und Crepes streichen.

Die Konditorei Haag in Landeck, Österreich ist der Hersteller der köstlichen Creme. Erfunden hat die ganze Sache Therese Fiegl. Alle Produkte werden von Hand gefertigt.

Extra-Tipp für Genießer: ein kleiner Klacks in den Espresso gibt dem Kaffee ein besonderes Aroma.
