Bean-To-Bar Chocolate

Dark chocolate with a high cocoa content of 85%. To round it off, the chocolate was given a touch of real Bourbon vanilla.

A chocolate of rare power that unfolds the lasting, intense flavors of its cocoa from South America, Africa and Java on the palate. The deep black color of the chocolate combined with the slightly sour notes of roasted chestnuts and roasted coffee emphasize the cocoa-intensive chocolate.

The chocolate is made:
