Dunkle Schokolade mit 85% Kakaoanteil

Zartbitterschokolade mit hohem Kakaoanteil 85%. Zur Abrundung wurde die Schokolade mit einem Hauch echter Bourbon Vanille versehen.

Eine Schokolade von seltener Kraft, die im Gaumen die nachhaltigen, intensiven Aromen seiner Kakaos aus Südamerika, Afrika und Java entfaltet. Die tiefschwarze Farbe der Schokolade verbunden mit den leicht säuerlichen Noten von gebratenen Kastanien und Röstkaffee betonen die kakaointensive Schokolade.

Die Schokolade ist hergestellt:

  • mit echter Bourbon Vanille
  • mit reiner Kakaobutter
