Bean-to-Bar Schokolade mit Hibiscus und Vanille

Die weiße Schokolade mit 40% Kakaogehalt hat eine lila/weinrote Farbe von der vermahlenen Hibiscusblüte. Sie wurde mit Vanille verfeinert. Für Liebhaber von weisser Schokolade etwas Neues.

Die Bean-to-Bar Schokolade ist lecithinfrei, glutenfrei und wird ohne Soja hergestellt.

Mark Schimmel, der Inhaber von Krak Chocolade hat für die Schokolade bei den International Chocolate Awards Europe 2018 Silber gewonnen.

Die 40% Schokolade Hibiscus Vanille - weiße Schokolade enthält ansonsten nur Rohrzucker und Milchpulver.
