Pure cocoa mass made from 100% Criollo Cacao from the Bejofo Estate in Madagascar in a bar from sustainable, i.e. organic, cultivation.

These great Akessons Chocolate has a strong cocoa aroma with notes of fruity -sweet acidity and aromas of red berries. When you consider that this is a chocolate with 100% cocoa, you can almost speak of a sensation what Bertil Akessons has achieved with his creation. This 100% Criollo Cocoa from Akessons is highly recommended not only for the chocolate purists (or those who want to become one)!

Chocolate from the Bejofo Estate plantation in the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar . The valley is located in the north west of the island and covers about 2300 hectares. Cocoa has been grown there since 1920. In addition to 300 tons of Trinitario beans, an additional 2 tons of Criollo cocoa beans are produced annually. These beans have a very expressive aroma.
