The cocoa comes from the region of Ben Tre , in the Mékong Delta in the south of Vietnam . The cocoa pods are used by several cocoa farming families at the collection point, where they are fermented and dried. The facility is managed by young people with disabilities who earn their living from it. In the beginning there wasn't enough cocoa to make anything from. Today it looks different, the cocoa from Vietnam by Vietcacao has enough quantities to be exported. The cocoa is processed from the bean to the table at Morin.

The cocoa powder is packed in a metal can with an intermediate lid that can be closed again.

The recipe for a Hot Chocolate: dissolve two teaspoons of cocoa powder in 200ml of hot milk, stir and enjoy.

Enjoy the Hot Chocolate or the 100% Pure Cacao Vietnam Thanh Long pure cocoa powder also as egg chocolate with, for example, one Scoop of vanilla ice cream.
