Pure cocoa mass 100% chocolate made from cocoa beans from a sustainable cooperative in the jungle of Pangoa in Peru . Mark Gerrits processes the cocoa beans into a bean-to-bar chocolate in his factory in Santiago . Here without added sugar , only cocoa beans and cocoa butter.
