Die Sternekochschokolade 70% Cru Virunga von Original Beans in 250g Tüten abgepackt von Chocolats-de-luxe.de. Die Kuvertüre ist Bio zertifiziert, glutenfrei und vegan. Sie wird von Felchlin in der Schweiz hergestellt.

Die Kakaosorte Cru Virunga kommt ursprünglich aus dem Ost-Kongo (D.R.). Die Bohnen kommen direkt aus dem Herzen Afrikas, vom Fusse des Virunga National Parks, wo seltene Berg-Gorillas, Okapis und Pygmäen zuhause sind (bekannt auch von Dian Fosseys Buch "Gorillas in the Mist) und zeichnen sich durch warme Noten aus.

Die Kuvertüre wird in kleine Schokoladendrops gegossen, damit der Wiederverwender sie leichter schmelzen kann. Sie eignet sich hervorragend zum Backen, Kochen und zur Pralinenherstellung. Felchlin verkauft ausschließlich an Weiterverarbeiter in großen Mengen, nicht an Endverbraucher. Wir haben daher die Großpackungen für Sie in praktische, wiederverschließbare 250 g Tüten umgepackt.

Die Bio Kuvertüre 70% Cru Virunga von Original Beans muss man nicht weiterverarbeiten, sondern kann sie auch so direkt aus der Tüte knabbern.
