Solkiki is a small family business based in Dorset, England, where high quality artisan Chocolate are produced in small batches. All chocolates are Bean-To-Bar made from cocoa beans which they buy directly from cocoa farms around the world. Bob and Iris of Solkiki are vegan themselves, so all of their Chocolate is vegan friendly. It's also lecithin-free, non-GMO and organic - they use only unrefined cane sugar and no deodorized cocoa butter. Constantly searching for our fine flavor cocoas, they are very inovative with new creations and discoveries.
Award-winning chocolate
Solkiki is one of the best chocolatiers in the country. They have received nearly 100 international awards from all major awards for their 30+ products. Each package is designed to inform about the origin of the bean and serve as a tasting guide to the nuances of flavor, texture, mouthfeel, etc. and is signed by the owners, Iris & Bob! Their philosophy is to pay farmers a price well above fair trade to ensure a continuous supply of flavorful, delicate ingredients in a sustainable manner. Otherwise, farmers will turn to other crops and the valuable, rare genetics will die out.
