Somerset Pomona 60% dark chocolate with Somerset Cider

Somerset Pomona is a blend of apple juice and apple brandy, which is then matured in barrels. The result is a complex, nutty, caramelly Indulgence: Somerset Cider Brandy. Together with the 60% salted Chocolate wonderfully approachable and smooth, and a full caramel flavor to highlight the profile of the authentic Somerset Pomona. The taste of apple  soon transforms into deliciously warm flavors of cider brandy and nutty aromas and deliciously smooth caramel. Dark "milk"Chocolate (60% cocoa), but like everything from Solkiki completely vegan, in this case with coconut.

The farm from which Solkiki sources its products is located in the middle of 180 hectares of cider orchards at the foot of Burrow Hill in Somerset, in the immediate vicinity of Solkiki. Burrow Hill Farm has been making cider for over 200 years. In 1989, the family was awarded the first full cider distilling license in the UK. The Somerset Pomona was awarded three stars at the Great Taste Awards.
