Dunkle Bean-to-Bar Schokolade aus Schweden von Svenska Kakao, hergestellt aus Kakaobohnen von Kokoa Kamili in Tansania, Erntejahr 2021. Hört sich fast an wie eine Weinangabe,richtig? Immer mehr Schokoladenhersteller geben das Erntejahr an, denn Kakao ist, genau wie Wein, von Wetter und Boden abhängig. Deswegen kann die Schokolade von Jahr zu Jahr unterschiedlich schmecken. Ein Naturprodukt:

  • ohne künstliche Zutaten
  • vegan
  • fair gehandelt
  • glutenfrei
  • nachhaltig
  • frei von Lezithin
  • ohne Vanille hergestellt.

Die Schokolade hat nur zwei Zutaten: Kakaobohnen und Rohrzucker, sonst nichts. Schmecken Sie die fruchtigen Aromen des Kakaos und die gekonnt, handwerkliche und sorgsame Verarbeitung der beiden Hersteller von Svenska Kakao.

Die Kakaobohnen von Kokoa Kamili sind eigentlich Bio zertifiziert, aber der Aufwand für Svenska Kakao ist für die kleine Firma zu groß, so dass sie sich nicht zertifizieren lassen wollen. Wichtig sind ihnen die Nachhaltigkeit und wirklich fair gehandelter Kakao. Den Rest machen sie in ihrer Manufaktur. Sanfte Röstung und abgestimmte Conchierung der Kakaomasse sind ihr handwerkliches Können.
