Schokoladentäfelchen-Mix im Geschenkset aus Bolivien

Das Geschenkset enthält alle Schokoladen Sorten, die von Chocolate Baure hergestellt werden. Die Täfelchen wiegen 5 g pro Stück. Die Kakaobohnen wachsen im Benigebiet im bolivianischen Regenwald des Amazonas. Sie werden von der lokalen Bevölkerung im Urwald geerntet und getrocknet. Chocolate Baure hat einen engen Kontakt mit den Kakaobauern und bezahlt einen überdurchschnittlichen Preis. An bestimmten Treffpunkten werden die Kakaobohnen gewogen und sortiert und entsprechend bezahlt. In der Produktion werden die Bohnen sortiert und geröstet und zu Schokolade verarbeitet.
