The Couverture Millot 74% was developed from only 3 ingredients: Cocoa, cocoa butter and cane sugar. It is the first Organic-chocolate-Couverture 74% whose cocoa comes exclusively from a single plantation in Madagascar: Millot.

A chocolate with a sensory profile that perfectly reflects the origin of the cocoa. The cocoa of Couverture Millot 74% comes exclusively from the 600-hectare plantation. This ensures traceability to the plot as well as control of the preparation conditions. The plantation was founded in 1906 by Lucien Millot and is located in Andzavibe, in the heart of the fertile plain of the Sambirano River. 1.200 hectares of organically farmed land: the spices and aromatic plants enjoy worldwide recognition for their high quality. 600 hectares of it are dedicated to cocoa cultivation with 45 families living in the plantation. Valrhona has maintained close relations with the Malagasy company Millot since over 1990 and has the exclusive rights to purchase all the cocoa of the Millot plantation. Recently, Valrhona has also become a shareholder of Société Millot.
