1 Tafel à 70g Dunkle Schokolade gefüllt mit Schokoladenmousse

Für diese wunderbare Schokolade wird Piura-Edelkakao mit Butter zu einer leicht schaumigen Schokomousse aufgeschlagen, mit einer Prise "Bird's Eye"-Chili gewürzt und mit Piura-Schokolade überzogen. Der Piura-Edelkakao wird in Peru angebaut und hat einen hohen Criollo Anteil. Criollo Kakao ist der beste der Welt und für sein komplexes Aroma berühmt. Der "Bird's Eye"-Chili stammt aus Afrika und gilt als die Urform des Chili. Er ist selten und feurig und voller Aromen.

Dunkle Schokomousse ist handgeschöpft und enthält 56% Schokoladenmousse. Diese Tafel ist eine von vielen aus dem Hause Zotter in unserem Sortiment.
