Sur del Lago 71% Chocolate Zulia, Venezuela

dark chocolate with a strong and persistent flavor, notes of ripe fruit with hints of dried fruit and cream.

The cocoa from the south of Lake Maracaibo is famous for its aromatic complexity and delicacy and consists of very aromatic Trinitario cocoa in combination with various cocoa varieties, including old Criollos such as Porcelana, Bocadillo and Guasare, which give us a fruity, fresh and at the same time very elegant aroma profile.

This 71% Sur del Lago Chocolate should be enjoyed on its own. However, mezcal, Barolo Chinato and liquorice are also good accompaniments.
