Der Kakao aus dem Süden des Maracaibo-Sees ist berühmt für seine aromatische Komplexität und Delikatesse und besteht aus sehr aromatischem Trinitario-Kakao in Kombination mit verschiedenen Kakaosorten, darunter alte Criollos wie Porcelana, Bocadillo und Guasare, die uns ein fruchtiges, frisches und gleichzeitig sehr elegantes Aromaprofil verleihen.
