Herkunftsschokolade aus Criollo Bohnen aus Venezuela

Besondere Schokolade mit 72% Kakaogehalt dazu Single Origin Chocolate, Fair gehandelt und BIO. Die Criollo Ocumare Bohnen sind "von bestimmter Herkunft" aus Venezuela und gelten als eine der besten Criollosorten der Welt. 

Limitierte Auflage seltener "Criollo"-Bohnen aus dem Ocumare-Tal in Venezuela. Die Bohnen sind klein, dünnhäutig und schwer zu verarbeiten. Sie werden beim Rösten und Mahlen sorgfältig und schonend behandelt werden. Das Endergebnis ist so luxuriös und schokoladig.

Red Star Chocolate nennt Duffy Sheardown seine Unternehmen. Bevor er seine Passion für Schokolade entdeckt hat, baute er Formel 1 Rennwagen. Heute hat er sich ganz der Schokolade verschrieben. Seine Leidenschaft geht soweit, dass er die Schokolade von der Kakaobohne an (bean to bar) herstellt.

Alle Zutaten sind aus nachhaltigem Anbau und in Lincolnshire von Hand verarbeitet worden. Die Schokolade ist sojafrei und glutenfrei

Die Schokolade hat einen samtigen Geschmack von einer Mischung aus Mandeln, Bananen und Himbeer Konfitüre.

Die Duffy's Chocolate 72% Venezuela Ocumare ist für Veganer geeignet.
