Indio Rojo 70% dark chocolate

Unique Criollo Hybrid from Honduras and Cuatemala

The cocoa variety was originally found in small quantities on a single farm in northern Nicaragua. The cocoa has a very fruity and pleasant acidity. Aromas of grapes and raisins and a long aftertaste.
