Schokoladenkaviar Pralinen mit Karamell Creme Füllung

Crème Brulé Pralinen umhüllt mit Chocaviar 75% sind dunkle Pralinen gefüllt mit Karamell Creme Ganache umhüllt von Chocaviar. Der Chocaviar besteht aus dunkler Schokolade und hat 75% Kakaogehalt.

Der Schokoladen Kaviar Chocaviar wird in einem aufwendigen Prozess hergestellt. Zuerst werden mehrere Schichten Schokolade übereinander gelegt und dann fein in kleine Stücke geschnitten. Die Schokoladen Stücken werden in dunkle Schokolade getaucht, getrocknet und für die Bestreuung aller Cubotti Sorten verwendet.

12 Stück in der Tüte einzeln rot erpackt. Die Cubotto Chocaviar Crème Brulée Pralinen sind glutenfrei.
