Micro Batch chocolate maker Nicola Knight fell in love with the fascinating world of cacao during a vacation trip to the Caribbean. She became more and more involved with cacao and chocolate and became a certified chocolate tester and eventually a chocolate maker. In her kitchen at home, she created the first chocolate bars from the best cocoa varieties, which you can order in our store.

Nicola is a mother of 3 children and works part time at the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting as a course instructor. Everything she teaches, she puts into practice with her bars. We are happy to carry her Bean to Bar chocolates in our assortment. The bars are all vegan, including the white and dark M!lch chocolates.
