République de Madagascar Puristique 71% Bio Schokolade. Der Trinitario Kakao ist geprägt von blumigen Noten und der für Madagascar typischen Fruchtnote. Papaya und Mango sind die vordergründigen Aromen dieser cremigen Schokolade.

Coppeneur ist einer der wenigen deutschen Chocolatiers, die bean to bar produzieren und hierbei hochwertige Kakaosorten verarbeiten. Oliver Coppeneur kennt die Plantagen von denen er seine Kakaobohnen bezieht. In Bad Honnef werden die edlen Kakaosorten zu bester Schokolade verarbeitet. Die Crue de Cao-Chocoladen werden während des ganzen Herstellungsprozesses genau beobachtet und überwacht. Nur so können sich die für ihre Herkunft typischen Aromen am besten entwickeln und entfalten. Geniessen Sie edle Schokolade made in Germany.
