Single Origin Bean to Bar

République de Madagascar Puristique 71% organic chocolate. The Trinitario cocoa is characterized by floral notes and the fruity note typical of Madagascar. Papaya and mango are the superficial flavors of this one creamy chocolate.  

The packaging can be closed again.

Coppeneur is one of the few German chocolatiers who produce bean to bar and process high-quality cocoa varieties. Oliver Coppeneur knows the plantations from which he gets his cocoa beans. In Bad Honnef, the fine cocoa varieties are processed into the best chocolate. The Crue de Cao chocolates are carefully observed and monitored throughout the production process. Only in this way can the aromas typical of their origin develop and unfold in the best possible way. Enjoy fine chocolate made in Germany.
