Dong Nai 72% Zartbitterschokolade Single Origin, 24g Tafel

Die Kakaobohnen dieser gelb verpackten Schokolade stammen aus der Plantage nebem dem Cat Tien Park in der Dong Nai Provinz und wird in der Marou eigenen Fermentation und Trocknungsanlage verarbeitet. Aus diesem Grund steht "Pod to Bar" auf der Tafel.Die Schokolade ist sojafrei, lezithinfrei und enthält keine Milchprodukte, ist also laktosefrei.

Die Schokolade hat feine Aromen, die an Gewürze erinnern.

Sie Schokolade wird in Saigon hergestellt. Die Kakaobohnen werden von den lokalen Kakaobauern vor Ort fermentiert und getrocknet.

Marou: "Die Schokoladen tragen keinerlei Siegel, da wir die Schokolade aufgrund der engen und direkten Zusammenarbeit mit den Kakaobauern für mehr als fair gehandelt halten".
