Dong Nai 72% dark chocolate Single Origin, 24g bar

Dark chocolate of origin from Vietnam

The cocoa beans of this one Chocolate wrapped in yellow come from the plantation next to the Cat Tien Park in the Dong Nai Province and is used in Marou's own fermentation and drying plant processed. For this reason it says "Pod to Bar" on the bar. The chocolate is soy-free , lecithin-free and contains no dairy products, so it is lactose-free.

The chocolate has fine aromas that are reminiscent of spices.

The chocolate is made in Saigon . The cocoa beans are fermented and dried on site by the local cocoa farmers.

Marou: "The chocolates do not bear any seal, as we consider the chocolate to be more than fair traded due to the close and direct cooperation with the cocoa farmers ".
