Schokolade aus dem Kongo, findet man nicht oft. Die Bohnen kommen direkt aus dem Herzen Afrikas, vom Fusse des Virunga National Parks, wo seltene Berg-Gorillas, Okapis und Pygmäen zuhause sind (bekannt auch von Dian Fosseys Buch "Gorillas in the Mist).

20 Stunden Conchierzeit genügen, um die wunderbar fruchtigen Aromen hervorzubringen. Diese Schokolade gibt es hier auch als Schokolade zum Backen und kochen.
