Chocolate from the Congo, is not often found. The beans come directly from the heart of Africa, from the foot of Virunga National Park, home to rare mountain gorillas, okapis and pygmies (also known from Dian Fossey's book "Gorillas in the Mist).

20 hours of conching time is all it takes to bring out the wonderfully fruity flavors. This Chocolate is also available here as Chocolate for baking and cooking.
