Palato, is a company founded in 2007 by Monica Pedemonte (everyone just calls her "Chef Moni") in Honduras, after completing her higher education in the United States and later at the "Mausi Sebess" Haute Cuisine School in Argentina. In the beginning Palato booked by private and corporate clients at their special events due to the high quality of its dishes, pastries and cakes. An activity that has evolved with great success.
Inspired by working with one of the best cocoa beans in the world, which grows naturally in Honduras, and combined with her passion for high quality cuisine, Chef Moni became interested and ventured into the worldwide movement known as"Bean to Bar". "More than a working process, it's a true art. It fills me with pride to have the opportunity to work with Honduran cacao from small family farms in the Honduran Mosquitia area and get a final product that is 100% Honduran and can satisfy the palate of chocolate lovers worldwide at the highest level."
