Die dunkle Schokolade hat eine kraftvolle Nase, ist gut ausbalanciert und hat Aromen von Kaffee, Kakao und Holz.

Francois Pralus hat eine eigene Plantage auf Madagaskar, kauft aber auch Kakaobohnen aus der ganzen Welt ein, um sie in Frankreich zu wunderbarer Schokolade zu verarbeiten.

Die Brésil Forastero 75% Herkunftsschokolade ist nicht immer erhältlich, da der Kakao aus Brasilien nicht immer verfügbar ist. Insofern bitte zuschlagen solange der Vorrat reicht.
