Single Origin Chocolate

Single Origin Chocolate is always made from cocoa from exclusively one specific place of origin, region of origin or plantation. These so-called origin chocolates are popular because you can recognize the original flavor of the plantations. It is therefore also called origin chocolate. Similar to wine, each variety can also taste different due to a different soil or soil composition. It is the same with cocoa.
