Gran Cacao is a blend of cocoa beans from Central America. The mixture is put together in such a way that the fine aromas and nuances come into their own. The balanced acidity, the mixture and the flavors make a wonderful chocolate. In order to get to know the differences in taste, this chocolate is available in different cocoa content levels.

Here with 100 % cocoa content without soy lecithin and only with pure cocoa butter.
