Two round dark chocolate slices Mexican style with fragrant vanilla bean. Only 3 high quality ingredients from Organic-cocoa beans and sugar from the Dominican Republic and with warm cinnamon spice are coarsely ground on "Oaxaca" self-cut millstones, bursting with flavor and texture. This Chocolate goes well with dry white wine, such as Chardonnay or Pinot Gris.
This Chocolate is also great as a hot Chocolate . To make it, cut one bar per cup into small pieces and heat in a pot with about 200ml of milk or water. This Chocolate is

At Taza Chocolate, the cacao is ground on original Mexican granite stone mills (see also the logo in the center of the packaging), instead of in the conche. The stone is naturally coarse-pored, which means that the cocoa is not ground very finely. This is how cacao was processed and cooked with over a thousand years ago in Mexico . As a result, the Chocolate  has a "sandy" feel on the tongue , which makes the flavors seem more pristine and natural. It's best to just try one of these Chocolate.
