The dark chocolate with 55% cocoa content was refined with lemongrass. Lemongrass belongs to the family of Sweet grasses and is cultivated as a herb and medicinal plant. Heard of lemongrass to the native plants in Bolivia and is therefore processed by Chocolate Construction.  

The taste of lemongrass is fresh and lemon- like with a hint of rose scent.
