The dark chocolate from Vietnam is made from cocoa beans from the Dak Lak province and has long-lasting, sharp notes.

The chocolate is made in Saigon . The cocoa beans are fermented and dried on site by the local cocoa farmers. The chocolate is soy-free , lecithin-free and contains no dairy products, i.e. lactose-free and is very mild and creamy.

Marou: "The chocolates do not bear any seal, as we consider the chocolate to be more than fair traded due to the close and direct cooperation with the cocoa farmers ."
