Bean to Bar Colombia 80% Betualia B9 Pure Criollo. The cacao beans come from the Hacienda Betulia in Colombia. It is a Colombian-Swiss family business that revives old criollo varieties at the hacienda. The cocoa beans are processed in Switzerland in Adliswil by Kay Keusen from Taucherli to produce award-winning chocolate.
The label of the bar has designed the artist Anne Marie Pappas.
