Chuao comes from the small mythical town of Chuao, which is surrounded by tropical rainforest in the north and the Caribbean Sea in the south. Cocoa, which is known for its exceptional quality, has been growing in this region for generations. The chocolate stays on the palate for a long time, finely balanced between bitter and pleasantly sour notes, combined with earthy tones.

Porcelana from the south of Lake Maracaibo: Here you can find pure Porcelana plantations, cocoa, which the experts call the purest criollo and which is one of the rarest varieties. The name of the cocoa Porcelana comes from the incredibly light, almost white cocoa beans. The chocolate has a light color and characteristic notes of fruit with a very low tannin content and very little acidity. A once in a lifetime experience.

Cuyagua is a small town near Chuao. The quality of the cocoa comes from the cocoa trees of the Criollo variety, which mainly grow there, but also from the original, traditional cultivation and processing methods. The cocoa has the characteristics that come very close to Chuao. Powerful, balanced, slightly sour, fruity with a hint of raspberry.
