Die 45% Milchschokolade von Choconuva wird ausschließlich aus Kakaobohnen aus Kolumbien hergestellt. Die Criollobohnen kommen aus dem Westen von Kolumbien, ungefähr 350 km westlich von der Hauptstadt Bogota.

Die Bean-to-Bar Schokolade wird ohne zusätzliche Kakaobutter hergestellt, um den ursprünglichen Geschmack des Kakaos herauszuarbeiten. Zur Veredelung wird noch ein wenig echte Bourbon Vanille und eine Prise Salz dazugegeben.

Die 35g Tafel ist eine Single Origin Schokolade, deren Kakaobohnen direkt importiert werden.

Der Geschmack der Schokolade ist sehr cremig und reichhaltig und erinnert an Noten von Cashews und Nüssen.

Die 45% Milchschokolade von Choconuva ist in einer beschichteten Papierverpackung verpackt.
