Copoazú 77% dark premium chocolate

Bean-To-Bar Schokolade aus St. Petersburg

Copuazu is known as Brazilian cocoa in the Amazon and other jungles of Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, scientifically known as Theobroma grandiflorum, a close relative of Theobroma Cocoa. The fruit is valued for its tropical taste with notes of chocolate, banana, pear, passion fruit and pineapple, that's what monkeys love them for. In the language of the indigenous peoples of Amazonia, "copuazu" means "food of the gods" - because of the incredible range of useful properties. We found the fruits of this amazing tree in Peru and made chocolate from them. Try them and taste them!

The chocolate has notes of toffee, caramel, plum, apricot and has a creamy aftertaste
